OCTOBER IS BOOKED!

I have about 8 newborns due in October who aren’t scheduled as we dont’ know when they like to make their grand entrance into the world! Aside from those unscheduled Newborns, October is BOOKED!~Weddings, family sessions, engagement sessions, children sessions…and a partridge in a pair tree! BOOKED! Lol…If you want pictures for Christmas, please make sure to book your time for our first annual mini-sessions which will be held on November 5th and 10th…no sessions past this date can be done in time for Christmas pictures!  So PLEASE call me @ 289-244-6434 to book your session asap!

Do you get the Maternity Session Jitters?

I often hear my Maternity clients say how nervous they are for their session…it’s a case of being bigger than your used to, with weight gained in places you didn’t think possible, getting half nude in front of a photographer you don’t know (let alone a camera which most people HATE their pictures taken), and all together my beautiful pregnant clients feel they just don’t know what to expect and if they will enjoy their experience.  Let me tell you – a pregnant woman is BEAUTIFUL and it’s so important to capture this moment in your life whether this is your first pregnancy, or your last – this is your body that has created a human and as it grows inside you…your skin tone, your belly…your whole being grow to reflect this little wonder you long to meet.  If you have had a maternity session with me…and your reading this…please leave a comment on this post about your experience at your session…for other new moms to read. Maybe your words can calm the nerves of those with “maternity session jitters” You would never know it, but this mom was one of those who were nervous about the session, not knowing what to expect and feeling more comfortable (like most of us) fully dressed, in jeans and a comfy shirt.  But just look at how radiant she looks!  This is a mom who said “I would NEVER get maternity pictures done”…but then she saw the gallery of a friend of hers who’s pictures I did earlier this month and looky looky who would “NEVER” get maternity pictures done!  I hope you enjoy your preview and have nothing but good things to say about your experience with your Maternity session!  See…even got some in her comfy clothes

Beautiful Mom!

Tonight I had the pleasure of working with this beautiful mom who was up for anything!  She is due in 6 weeks with baby #2…doesn’t she look stunning!Little Princess “A” seemed to be having a lot of fun at our session!  Doesn’t she have the most amazing eyes!I LOVE this picture too!  I don’t usually use white for my background so tried something a little different and I love the results!  Enjoy your sneak preview K….can’t wait to show you the rest!

Holiday Mini Sessions!

Okay, So I have yet to try out the new photography fad of “Mini Sessions” so I thought…why not give it a try for the holidays!  What exactly is a mini-session?  Well, it’s a photo session IN STUDIO that gives you some different pictures to choose from in a private on-line gallery, but doesn’t take up all the time of a regular photosession!  For those of you on a tighter budget, or perhaps running out of time or gift ideas – this is perfect!  Or especially for those wonderful past newborn clients who want some updated photos of your little one’s all rolly-polly and cute for Christmas!  I have some new photography ideas that I am dieing to try out too! 

*Note that there are no woredrobe changes for this session, session fee cannot be used ‘instead’ for another session and fees are due at the time of booking!  Times will fill up fast, so please book asap to secure your spot!  I hate to have to say no or turn anyone down because they waited too long

Miss Grunt

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting little Miss “A” also known as Miss Grunt! This cute little 2 and a half week old grunted and groaned everytime you touched her, moved her, squished her, positioned her, held her…it was sooooo cute!!  She is absolutely adorable!

Super Fun Engagement Session…

Wow it’s been a while since I’ve done an engagement session and I’m so glad I hopped back into it with this couple! What a fun, energetic TOTALLY IN LOVE couple!  Easy to work with and willing to try anything!  We have been trying to schedule this session since the beginning of August with multiple cancellations due to weather…but finally! Just when we thought it would have to be cancelled again…it pulls through! Enjoy your preview guys and I cant’ wait for the wedding in October!!!I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE SHOES!!!  Awww…and he bought them for her!!Way too many beach pictures to choose from…but I just love this one!  Port Dover was so quiet! Barely a person on the beach, and the weather was so warm!  And calm water! It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Boy..boy…boy…GIRL!! WOOHOO!

Remember this beautiful couple from a little while back:  http://delicate12082.wordpress.com/2008/07/  Well I finally got to meet their little princess!  At only 8 days old, this little lady is so strong holding her head up and kicking herself out of position easily!  In the end I won   (as always he he he)  and captured so many shots that I can’t pick just a couple for this entry!  Oh – and as for “boy boy boy…GIRL” I love ALL my newborns!  But I havn’t had the chance to use my pink hats in a really long time!  So I just loved this little girl!  WHOOHOO!!8 days old!  She put her head up and looked right at the camera!  GOOD GIRL!!

I can’t get over the hair!

This hansome little fellow was born with hair that sticks up ALL OVER!  I can’t get over how “upidy” his hair is! Lol…so cute!  Mr. ‘M’ loved to be cuddled and held in the football position (yes – I got him to fall asleep like that! WOOHOO).  Miss M…it was so great to finally meet you.  After 21 days in the NICU, its so wonderful to meet your baby boy and see that he is healthy and doing so great!  Enjoy your preview!I love this kind of worried smile??  What could they possibly be thinking about?!

Special Delivery!

Can you imagine if all babies came into the world delivered like this first picutre?  How wonderful would that be!! However…there would be WAY more babies in the world…which is okay by me because I LOVE NEWBORNS!  Meet Baby “D”…this hansome little man didn’t pee even ONCE!!! Can you believe it! An entire session and not a single accident!  That’s a record!  Thank you for letting me into your home to capture this little mans newest moments.  I think he has dad genes?? He he he…how cute! The same hair!

5 Teenagers…and a 6th on the way!
