I had the pleasure of photographing my Godson this past week just before Christmas! He is 6 days old and such a hansome little man!
Now that is one small baby! (lol – I love this oversized tea cup that my sister-in-law brought! I WANT ONE!)

And proud big brother “T”…what a cutie!! Look at those eyes!

My Godson…
December 26, 200811 days new
November 30, 2008I always win! (even if only for 5 minutes!)
November 17, 2008l can’t express how much I just love newborn session! This 2-week old charmer was no exception!
Meet Mr. M – possibly our future pilot like dad
We didn’t have a sleepy baby for very long BUT I tell parents – “I always win!” No matter what, your baby will sleep for our session – and like in “M”s case - even if only for 5 minutes!

I do have to say though – that if he slept the entire session, we would not get pictures like this!! How priceless! What could he possibly be saying to dad! Or…what is dad saying to him! LOL!
Newborn Special !!
November 6, 2008Feeling the Christmas spirit coming on! Time to advertise some specials…something to get those newborns in and that fresh newborn smell all through the studio! So lets start with this special first!

Keep your eyes pealed here for more specials before Christmas~!
A little behind…
October 20, 2008Finally trying to do some catch up with the blog and getting my excited families their sneak peaks! Here is my final newborn from last week…little Miss “K”. What a pretty little thing she is with the cuttest little cheeks!!
I love how you can just see her little toes peeking out from her “little behind”…lol.

Future Fire Fighter :-)
October 20, 2008Mr “C” is our newest member of the Norfolk fire department! This 5-day-old hansome little boy (did I say “little” he he he)…he’s the cuttest little chunky monkey! Mom and dad thought he would never sleep…but I must say I ALWAYS WIN! Doesn’t he look just precious in dads arms!
I love this one – looks like he’s just hangin out
We thought he might be a little uncomfy on dads fire jacket, but looks like he is going to fit right in with the fire boys! He loved this jacket and didn’t wake or flinch at all!
4 Days New!
October 15, 2008This sweet SWEET 4-day-old beauty came tonight for her first photography depute! What a little STAR! She didn’t pee even ONCE!!! I had my pile of clean-up towels ready and didn’t even get to use them! Way to go little “M”. I can’t stress enough how important it is to get your newborn in within TWO weeks…but for those of you who get in under 7 days – it’s pure sleep! This little monkey slept so perfectly and curled up into almost anything we wanted to do. Thank you SO much for letting me into your lives this early in little “M”s short time here! I hope you enjoy your preview! Oh – this sweater seen below is what her dad wore home from the hospital 30 something years ago!
Little “M” just hanging out in dads arms….I think she’s got him wrapped!
I love when they curl up in these bendly little positions. You get to see how tiny they really are! (Did I mention I love newborns
)
Love this one too! You can see just how chubby this little doll really is!!
Baby “T”
October 4, 2008Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. T (lol)…what a cutie-pie!
Can you tell from the above and below picture how he must have been in the womb? At only 9 days old his little legs were still very bendy! And he was so comfortable like this! I don’t think I stress enough how important it is to get your newborn in before 1 week 2 weeks! The babies just love to curl up at this tender age and this is where you can really take advantage of all the “cute curly” poses as seen here

…and of course big sister “K” proud of having her little brother finally here! She was so sweet going around saying “where’s brother” lol!

September 12, 2008Twice as Nice
August 16, 2008I LOVE NEWBORNS!! Working with A newborn is fun, challenging, tiring…and wonderful!! Now imagine TWO! Well that’s just TWICE as fun!..well, TWICE as challenging, TWICE as tiring…but TWICE as wonderful! These 2 little boys are only 5 days old (way to go mom!!) and they not only went almost full term but came into the world weighing over 7 pounds – each! They have 2 beautiful sisters who were so great to work with too! Mom & Dad – enjoy! Thanks for letting me into your home for a few hours when you have only been home 24 hours yourselves! Talk to you all soon!
